Registration

For Student Authors/Attendees

• Each full or student registration fee entitles publication and presentation of only one paper.
• For Student registration, student status verification is required (a scanned copy of the student car).
• For any society member discount, send the Membership ID and other details.
• Each full or student registration includes publication of one paper (up to 6 pages in length) in the conference proceedings. A maximum of 2. (of 7 or 8 pages) additional pages is allowed; papers exceeding 8 pages will be refused.

All banking charges MUST BE borne by the participants.

Registration fees do not include accommodation and travel.

Registration cancellations and substitutions are not allowed.

Registration Steps

1. Make changes in the final paper and format it according to the paper template.
2. Make the registration payment. Detailed information regarding the conference registration payment is given in the preceding sections.
3. Send the documents via Email to conference desk.
4. Wait to receive the confirmation/acknowledgement of your registration payment and final paper. Feel free to send an email to the icears.con@gmail.com for inquiries.
