Registration Guidelines

After obtaining the official conference acceptance letter, at least one author must register to include the paper in the conference.

The following steps should be followed to submit the final documents:

Step 1:

Download the paper Format for ICEARS (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html) and format the final paper according to the formatting guidelines mentioned in the submission page.

A maximum of 6 authors are allowed in a single manuscript. If exceeds, authors should mention the individual contribution made by each author via Email.

Convert the final paper to PDF and attach both the Source file [Doc, Docx, LaTex] while submitting final documents.

Step 2:

Fill the IEEE Copyright Form for ICEARS.

Please rename your IEEE Copyright Form with the corresponding paper ID.

Step 3:

To confirm your participation in ICEARS, please register by the registration deadline.

For inclusion of your received camera-ready manuscript in the conference proceeding (as well as the IEEE Xplore digital library), your paper must be presented at the conference. Therefore, at least one of the authors should register for the conference before the final manuscript deadline mentioned in the conference homepage.

One Registration covers the publication of one manuscript, individual certificates, one conference kit, DVD Conference Proceedings, admission to all scientific sessions and keynote program, and lunch/breaks.

Presentation Guidelines:

If your article was accepted, the author must deliver a 20-minute presentation. The author should have access to a PC with Power point and Adobe with proper internet connection to deliver a hassle free presentation. We highly advise you to limit the number of slides in your presentation to 10 or less.

 

Conference Refund Policy:

Authors:

Registrations cancelled, as a result of any personal issues [on or before 22 February, 2022] are eligible for a 70% refund of the registration fees paid. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.

Listeners:

Registrations cancelled more than 10 working days before the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a 20% administration charge.

No refunds are available for cancellations made within 10 working days of the event.
